Fairmont Hotels from Brantley Adams international airport: narrow, unmarked roads and streets, numerous roundabouts, and heavy traffic along certain routes at certain times make driving through Barbados challenging. guests renting cars should ask rental agency personnel to provide a detailed map from the airport to the hotel. A taxi from Grantley Adams international airport costs $26 $35 for 1 4 passengers. (rates are set by the government and subject to change.).
