The Grantley Adams International Airport (BGI) is located in the southern parish of Christ Church on the beautiful
island Barbados. The BGI is located only 8miles(13km) from the capital Bridgetown and is easily accessible as both
are linked by the ABC highway. The airport has seen major developments since its inception in the 1930’s, most
notably work done in anticipation of the Cricket World Cup 2007. The airport also serves as a hub for the eastern
Caribbean allowing for easy island hoping to any other of your favorite eastern Caribbean destinations.
Prominent airlines include Air Jamaica, British Airways, American Airlines, Air Canada, US
Airways, Liat, Caribbean Airlines, Delta Airlines and Virgin Atlantic.

can be found in the Departures lounge.
