The new development adds 140 luxury suites to the existing 101 units at the resort.
The new suites housed in four eight-story buildings offer studios, one bedroom suites, and two and
three bedroom penthouses.
Each suite features fully equipped kitchens with convection oven, gas stovetop,
microwave, and full-size refrigerators. Additional amenities include king-sized beds and
queen-sized sleeper sofas, 32" or 42" plasma televisions, washer/dryer combination and
well-appointed baths with Jacuzzi tubs.
Total resort facilities include a tennis court, free form pool with swim-up bar,
and large Jacuzzi; a new open-air grill restaurant with lounge and entertainment, beachside water
sports center, and fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment.
The project is being built in a single phase construction process with full completion scheduled
for spring 2009.
