Atlantis Coral Towers
The Atlantis paradise island coral tower provides mid priced accommodations on the famed paradise island
in the Bahamas. Occupying 171 acres on the island, which is connected to downtown Nassau by bridge. The
Atlantis resort originally was a casino destination in the 1960s adopting the mythical theme of the lost
continent of Atlantis, today the Atlantis resort is a popular family vacation destination, featuring the
world's largest tropical marine habitat, home to 50,000 fish and sea animals.
Hotel features. The coral tower offers mid range accommodations at Atlantis with 693 guest rooms. The
hotel's three coral pink buildings are flanked by pools and lagoons, and features a sky lit lobby with tranquil
fountains and marine life sculptures.
All guest rooms include furnished balconies overlooking the grounds, the Atlantis water scape, or the ocean.
decor is tropical, with soft greens and pinks, and each room includes sitting area, mini bar, satellite TV and
in room safes.
Restaurants at the coral tower include chopstick serving traditional Chinese dishes accentuated with a
Caribbean flavor; water's edge, an international restaurant offering a daily buffet; and the lagoon bar &
grill, an open air lagoon restaurant. Open only for dinner are the Bahamian club, a steakhouse in an elegant
club setting; and casa d' angelo, a stylish northern Italian trattoria.
The coral tower contains the resorts library and Atlantis kids club, a children's education and activity
center. adjacent to hotel are the lazy river ride, the river swimming pool, Poseidon's kid's pool, lagoon pool,
and goombay water slide & baths also adjacent are the marine life exhibits at various lagoons as well as
the predator falls and a rope suspension bridge spanning predator lagoon. Expert tip. Other Atlantis resort
