Here our Guests can indulge in a rare panoramic view of Nassau's
land and sea. The scenery boasts the best of the island's natural
wonders, from the native pine forest by Lake Killarney to the brim
of the coral reefs that protect the glimmering beaches of West
Nassau.

Amenities: Pool and Garden
The pool area stands high
above Gambier village and other settlements of West New Providence. Unless you
decide to engage in one of the numerous activities Nassau has to offer you will
probably decide to rest on our quiet grounds. In the pool, the bench carved under
the waterfall is the perfect location for you to enjoy a tropical drink.
For those would prefer salt water, the beach is just down the hill. We will provide
you with a beach towel and, if you ask in advance at the front desk, with a picnic
basket to enjoy on the beach.
After the sunset, you might find that the pool deck is the perfect setting for a
romantic dining experience. Ask in advance at the front desk to organize it for
you; Our Chef will be delighted to prepare the best Conch appetizers and to put on
the grill your favorite meat or a freshly spear-fished crawfish (in season).

The construction of the house was completed in July 2004. It accommodates 20
guests comfortably with 8 private rooms and 2 exclusive suites. Each room has a
king size bed, a private bath, air conditioning and a mini bar. The rooms are also
equipped with cable TV, DVD and a free of charge broadband Internet connection.
The rooms all have direct access to the large wrap-around porch.

wedding ceremony and party. The house accommodates twenty overnight and up to 150
comfortably for a party.

wedding planner, a photographer, a live band... to the setting of an exquisite bridal
suite adorned with bouquets of roses and orchids. The house is all yours. We just added
a 1000sqf Ocean View terrace for your entertainment. |

Our restaurant experience is casual but sophisticated from the
authentic Bahamian dining to the stylish, intimate setting. Dine inside or al
fresco on a beautiful candlelit terrace, with views of the Atlantic Ocean and an
ocean sunset backdrop. Enjoy a pre-dinner Martini or Bellini at our Honor bar, or
relax after your meal with a liqueur or coffee.
The most picturesque ocean view Nassau has to offer, featuring black and white prints
and colonial setting and specializes in pasta, seafood and sandwiches.
Our restaurant serves breakfast and lunch. We are also now serving dinner 7 nights a
week. Reservations are required. |

Information for Families: We do not have any facilities for
children. When considering whether to bring your family here, please bear in mind
that our Guests visit us because of our quiet ambience and to get away from
disturbances. Extra cots are available on request.
Wheelchair access: Access to our facilities is only possible
via stairs. We do not have any special access for wheelchairs.
Smoking: Smoking is only permitted on the porch.
Telephone Charges & International Cell Phones: Local
calls are inexpensive. However, we do have to charge long distance calls based on
the prices applicable at the local telephone company. Rates are expensive. Most
cell phones will not work in The Bahamas. Cell phones are available for rent at the
airport.

| Hotel Policies |
Reservation & Cancellation: A deposit equivalent to
one night-stay plus tax for each room booked is required to confirm your
reservation. It will be charged to your credit card at the time you make your
reservation.
Should you have to cancel your reservation the deposit - less a US$35 processing
fee - will be refunded, provided that the cancellation is made at least 14 days
prior to the check-in date. Please note that we are unable to make refunds under
any circumstances for late arrivals or early departures.
